Very good and really safe me time and effort to search for the right tires and the options available in the market . The response is so good not sure if it is based on AI or human but regardless it is always asking the right questions and responding correctly to your need .. well done RIM Rubber 👏👍

Best tires prices, best selection, buy online and book appointment. Best way to change tires in Qatar.

i purchased 4 michellin tyres....placing the order super convenient and amazing services....placed order just on an experiment basis and found it surprisingly good.....contact the customer service was super easy and the CS agents are very swift and very much compliant.....only suggestion would be to review the location on google map since there is no dedicated parking where people can park and get into the office for information and also there is no signage at the back of the building......5 star experience overall.

Thanks as i have changed 4 tires ,
but to be honest the customer satisfaction are very important as i felt quite less in hospitality and welcoming guests in the front desk.. then as specified in the advertisement they may be forgot to fill the nitrogen on the purchase of 2 or more tire as i just got normal air ..
then about the staffs especially philipino and srilankan are very good with the interactions .. overall very good experience and the only thing you should fix for these 2 requests ..
